This entryway leads directly into the living space with an additional office immediately to the right as you walk through the door. The coat closet to your left as you walk through the door allows for the retired couple to store their shoes, bags, coats, and accessories without hassle.

With all three including; kitchen, dining, and the living areas. This apartment is extremely accessible and easy to navigate whilst still embodying a comfortable and modern style.
Entertainment Space / Living Room
This is a small but comfortable entertainment space equipped with a sofa, flat-screen entertainment system, and a custom millwork piece, which is the coffee table seen on the grey and white rug.
Master Bedroom
This master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, open closet, and its greatest feature, the ceiling height variation. It displays huge industrial windows with blinds to mitigate the sunlight at mid-day.
Master Bathroom
This bathroom had to be ADA compliant. Meaning, the shower must be a walk-in shower with slidable doors and hand railings to prevent a slip or fall.
